The two young ladies that greet me and daughter was so nice and pleasant. They even give us cookies and water for our stay . That’s the first time I actually got nice soft cookies from this hotel. And I have visited this property several times before. But they went the extra mile for my daughter bc of her peanut allergies they gave her a nut free cookie / Vegan . That was nice of them .

I like tha they move me and fiancé to another room with nothing being said they really accommodate our stay very good. even though every visits it’s no cookies there !!!! but no everything was good after they put me into another room.

the hotel was great to us because we made our reservation thru booking.com and had a confirmation but we had no room! this the second time this has happened with me. we had a major event in both lodging and booking.com left us without a room. please note someone else also was at the desk and booked thru booking.com and they also had no room.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were accidentally booked in a room with double beds instead of queens - and a shower instead of a bathtub - and the front desk staff quickly switched us and were very friendly and accommodating - didn’t make me feel bad at all about wanting to be moved. My kids loved the pool. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay and it was good. Omelets made to order, buffet style breakfast, cereal and pastries. Nothing spectacular but it was good. Just what we needed. We only stayed there as we were passing through town on a long road trip but we’d definitely stay again. 5 stars from this little family!

I couldn't find one thing that I did not like about this place! I would practically live there and work there! It was like staying at the best apartment complex that one could imagine! Always clean, always neat, the staff were always on point to get their guest taken care of, the hot and fresh cookies that my daughter always would get from the staff! Their knowledge of the area, their willingness to always help, and much, much more! Even my wife and I felt like we were at home because for the first time in forever, we actually were able to rekindle our marriage in a way that we haven't felt in some time now! Again, I would stay here and live! I wouldn't care if you told me to scrub the floors, conduct maintenance on the grounds, etc. I would live and work here!

Everything. The staff was sooooo great to us. The air in the room wasn't working when we first checked in. I told the front desk and they literally had it fixed by the time we came back for the night.

I really like how you can avoid the front desk with the Hilton Honors app. It’s convenient and definitely saves a lot of time. The bar was nice and the bartender, Danielle, was very friendly. The property was close to downtown Columbia and cheaper than any other hotel I tried to book. The hotel was clean and it’s convenient for travelers passing through the area.
